[Mnbird] lapland longspur?

I have what appears to be a pair of lapland longspurs at my feeders in
Northfield this week, tho he doesnt have the requisite rufus nape. He does
have the black head and throat, white chest, etc.
am I correct that he is a longspur? any other ideas?
