[Mnbird] Sandhills Cranes

This afternoon on my walk on Buck Ridge, a noisy Sandhill Crane flock glided, circled, hung in the bright sky. 27 in all slowly floating downriver. They might have been working the Mississippi River bluff where several farmers still grow corn amid prairie grasslands.  Another beautiful restorative blessing nature gives. What could be better.
