I am greatly rejoicing at the onset of spring. It never ceases to amaze me
how God can take cold, dead, barren, frozen ground and transform it into
something beautiful and alive! This morning I heard a wood cock pinting
(sorry, don't know how to spell that word). The song sparrows, killdeer,
sandhill cranes are here. We have a mixed flock of goldfinches and pine
siskins that have been here for several weeks. The robins and cardinals are
delightful. Oh, glorious day!
