[Mnbird] Red Bellied WP

I've seen at least 2 red bellies this month that have no red on their heads
at all (feeding on a suet log) - I assumed they are juveniles. I work in a
bird feeding store and I had a customer who thought he'd seen a Gila WP - I
looked it up and that sure looks like the WPs I've been seeing in my yard -
but I know it can't be.

So I'm asking if anyone can confirm that juvenile WPs typically lack red
heads?  I live in Bloomington, MN.
