[Mnbird] feeding grape jelly

can anyone speak about the dangers of feeding high fructose corn syrup?
the orioles, catbird, crows (!) and even squirrels love the grape jelly,
but I dont want to continue feeding if I am doing them more harm than good.
havent found any made with sugar.
thoughts?
