[Mnbird] Bluebirds

Somehow the bluebirds nesting in our back yard fledged last weekend without either adult being taken by the Cooper's Hawks nesting just 100 or so feet away. Now I hope they will go someplace safe. 


Yesterday I did see the Cooper's male flying low and fast across the yard. It was being chased by a chipping sparrow. Actually I think the hawk was just going on his merry way and the delusional chipping sparrow thought it was fleeing from him.
