[Mnbird] Tufted Titmouse

I just got amazing for this years feeder survey for the Xmas count.  I
didn't realize it was so early, the 17th.  I have had 2 titmice at my
feeders for over a month now and was hoping they would hang out for the
count.  Haven't seen them yet today but they come and go.  I am under the
impression that this is a relatively good bird here in Rochester.  Can
somebody let me know when the count period begins so I can count them for
the period if they don't hang around until the count day.  Thanks, Griff
