[Mnbird] Important note on SPAM, please read

It looks like we got spammed this morning.  

IMPORTANT  do not click on any links your receive in email, unlessyou REALLY know they are legit.  You can get big problems if you do.
Most spam we get is from members' email getting hacked.  Change youremail passwords regularly and run your virus checkers.
