[Mnbird] Martins.

Can anyone tell me when is a good time to put out a Martin House and do you
have to live by a body of water to get Martins.  So far all we've had is
sparrows the house in down and cleaned ready to put back up when the time
is best. We live on a farm in Faribault Co..
