[Mnbird] Snowy Owl west of Hastings

Jen Vieth has just seen a Snowy Owl on a utility post near the intersection
of Hwy 55 and CR 42 west of Hastings. She notes that this is a very busy
area, especially during rush hours, and great care should be taken in
trying to view the bird.
